Matt Loose
Chief Executive and Founder
Matt helps clients make bold strategic decisions to transform sustainability outcomes. He helps organisations set inspiring sustainability ambitions and guides teams on the path to implement. He helps organisations engage and communicate with stakeholders to scale impacts.
Who Matt works with: Ambitious organisations. Matt has advised leading organisations and multistakeholder initiatives across sectors to design, engage with and implement strategies to transform outcomes on the most urgent sustainability issues. Previously Matt was Senior Director at SustainAbility and a co-owner of Stratos. He’s worked in sustainability for Johnson Matthey and Ernst & Young. He’s a member of ACCA’s Global Sustainability Forum.
Ellie Austin
Advisor
Ellie helps clients tell their sustainability story. She supports teams to work out what matters and communicate it to inspire audiences. She helps clients to be authentic, rigorous and transparent about their sustainability performance.
Who Ellie works with: Purpose-drive businesses. She works with major brands across the UK and Europe in the apparel, consumer goods, retail and telecoms sectors. Ellie brings broad-reaching consulting experience from KPMG and the sustainability agency, Context, as well as experience in international charities WWF and the UK Green Building Council.
Justin DeKoszmovszky
Advisor
Justin is a Canopy associate and Managing Partner of Archipel&Co in the UK. He helps clients identify and deliver innovative social and commercial impact solutions. Justin and his team support the creation and improvement of inclusive business and social innovation in emerging and precarious markets by designing and delivering experiences and insights from strategy workshops and ideation expeditions, to stakeholder and consumer research, to co-creation and market-testing prototypes.
Who Justin works with: Justin has headed sustainability strategy at SC Johnson, PUMA and OVO Energy, leading inclusive and circular business model innovation, shaping internal cultures and integrating sustainability into core products, partnerships and value chains.
He is a co-founder and non-executive director of INBONIS, a Senior Associate of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and a Global Catalyst for the League of Intrapreneurs.
Jody Halstead
Advisor
Jody helps clients innovate and develop sustainable business models. She is currently studying for a Masters at Birkbeck in Business Strategy and Environment alongside working for clients ranging from large companies to innovative pilot projects. She helps her clients to identify their core purpose, align on strategies for sustainable change, and support realistic and successful plans for delivery.
Who Jody works with: Innovative organisations. Previously, Jody worked for a product start-up within IDEO’s Design for Change studio and across Jamie Oliver’s food campaigns and community programmes. Jody is also Chair of a local sustainable cafe, The Merstham Mix, working hands-on in all aspects of its operation, from staff recruitment to finances and expansion.
Hans Rovers

Hans helps clients to embed sustainability systemically into their organizations. He helps clients formulate and implement strategies that make sustainability an integral and profitable part of business activities.
Who Hans works with Businesses under transformation. Hans has board and Executive Committee experience with both large multinationals as well as with smaller enterprises. Hans has extensive industry association experience and has led several cross-discipline industry initiatives. Previously Hans was Global Director Sustainability at LyondellBasell and a board member of QCP (Quality Circular Polymers – an innovative circular plastics business) in the Netherlands and EPS (Ethylene Pipeline Sud) in Germany. Hans has led many of the LyondellBasell businesses at some point during his career.
Janaína Stewart-Richardson

Jana is a sustainability consultant working to help clients on their transition to more sustainable business models. She also helps advance research in sustainable development alongside Imperial College, the Grantham Institute and the Centre for Climate Finance & Investment.
Who Jana works with: Jana began her career in the financial markets and worked as an M&A and financial advisor for almost a decade prior switching to sustainability. She has worked in Capgemini’s CSR team and at SustainAbility supporting clients across sectors.

Matt is a consultant working to help clients improve transparency and disclosure, develop innovative strategies, and stay relevant through insightful research across sustainability issues.
Who Matt works with: Previously Matt has worked at South Pole, SustainAbility, John Lewis Partnership, De Beers Group and Context. Matt also runs a supperclub focusing on sustainable, seasonal produce and is involved in food sustainability initiatives in Mexico.
Stuart Wright

Stuart supports clients in their transition away from high carbon, energy and cost intensive operations to a more sustainable operating model. He advises on energy and carbon reporting; climate risk management practices; establishing energy & resource efficiency programmes; and risk mitigation measures relating to supply chain environmental and social impact topics.
